Who this is for
Twenny is designed for parents and guardians. A parent creates the account and manages profiles for their children. Children do not create their own accounts and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
What we collect
- Parent account details: email address and authentication data.
- Child learning profiles you create: name, grade, and optional school details.
- Learning activity: lessons completed, quiz results, streaks, and practice history.
- Documents you upload (such as report cards) and the analysis generated from them.
How we use it
We use this information to personalize lessons, track progress, generate parent reports, and improve the learning experience. Uploaded documents are processed to extract grades and produce a summary for you to confirm.
Data isolation
Each family's data is isolated. Row-level security ensures your children's records are only accessible to your family account. Curriculum content is shared and read-only.
Your choices
You can edit or remove child profiles and uploaded documents at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us and we will remove it.
